Frequently asked questions
What is Auditor?
Auditor is web software for occupational safety audits and workplace risk assessment. You collect hazards, photos and control measures on site, and the app prepares the risk-assessment document in Word or Excel.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Auditor runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install. You can take photos straight from the phone's camera.
Can I keep my own document format?
Yes. In settings you choose the risk-level colours, font, page orientation and letterhead, and the app fills the {{variables}} in your own Word templates.
How is the risk level calculated?
Risk = likelihood × severity, each on a five-point scale. The result falls into five levels: negligible (1–2), low (3–4), medium (5–9), high (10–16) and very high (20–25). Both initial and residual risk are calculated, taking the control measures into account.
How is our data protected?
Each company's data is isolated at the database level, and photos are kept in private storage that opens only through short-lived links. Your team's roles decide who can see and change what.
Is it available in Georgian?
Yes. The interface is in Georgian and English, and you can switch language at any time.
